How to Set Up Meta Business Suite for Businesses

Learn how to set up Meta Business Suite: create a business account, connect pages, add collaborators, link an ad account, and set up the Meta Pixel.

    Create an account on Meta Business Suite.

    Go to business.facebook.com and click on "Create Account." Log in with the personal Facebook account of the person responsible for the business (mandatory) and fill in: company name, name of the responsible person, and corporate email. The business account is separate from the personal profile — people cannot see your personal Facebook through it.

    Add the company's Facebook page.

    In "Settings" > "Accounts" > "Pages," click on "Add." If the Page already exists, click on "Add a Page" and enter the name. If it doesn't exist, click on "Create a new Page." A Business Account can manage multiple Pages.

    Connect the Instagram profile

    In "Settings" > "Accounts" > "Instagram Accounts," click on "Add" and log in with the company's Instagram credentials. The profile must be of the "Professional" type (Business or Creator) — if it is personal, convert it first in Settings > Account > Switch to Professional Account.

    Invite collaborators with the correct permissions.

    In "Settings" > "People," click on "Add" and enter the collaborator's email. Set the access level: Administrator (full control), Employee (configurable access), or Partner (for agencies). For each collaborator, configure which pages and ad accounts they can access. Never share passwords.

    Link or create the ad account

    In "Settings" > "Ad Accounts," add the existing ad account or create a new one. Associate the account with the correct Facebook Page. If you manage ads for clients, request access to their ad account by ID — never by login and password.

    Create and set up the Meta Pixel

    In "Data Sources" > "Pixels," click on "Add" and name the Pixel with the company name. Associate the Pixel with the correct ad account. Copy the Pixel ID and install it on the website. Verify the installation with the "Meta Pixel Helper" extension in Chrome — the PageView event should appear in green.
